Dear friends,
Another year is all of a sudden about to end and a new one is ready to step in. Those, who have not had the time to fulfil their New Year’s resolution to come and have a wine dinner at Ribe, better hurry now!
On the request of our customers, this year we will also celebrate New Year’s Eve with dinner and champagnes!
For this festive occasion, the Chef de Cuisine, Jevgeni Jermoškin, shall put together a special six-course menu that has been inspired by the six bubbly drinks named below.
Sommeliers Ave Toomjõe and Allan Repp have carried out a blind tasting of 15 different champagnes and chosen those six that we shall be offering that night.
