Tallinn’s old town two-floored restaurant Ribe has been one of the favorite places among local gourmets and Tallinn’s visitors since opening in 2007. This is proved also with ranking in top ten among Estonia’s best restaurants each year. In 2015 Ribe was included in Scandinavian restaurant guide „White Guide“, which for the first time introduced Estonia’s top 25 restaurants.

Rado is a chef from Slovakia who has been working in London in different restaurants since 2008, including restaurants that have been crowned with one or two Michelin stars. Rado has also refined his skills in Noma that has been nominated as the world’s best restaurant. Rado’s last workplace was in Michael Caines Adobe restaurant working as a senior sous-chef. Gaining experience in two Michelin stars restaurants Noma and Hélène Darroze Connaught, and one Michelin star restaurant Fischers Baslow Hall has definitely been an important step in Rado’s career.
